We’re making a few changes to our turnover reporting process to make everything easier and more organized for everyone.
Each cleaner will now have their own Turnover Form that only shows the properties they are responsible for. This will help us keep maintenance issues, reimbursements, and cleaning records tied to the correct property every time.
Some of the benefits of the new system are:
- All property information automatically populates when you select the property, including door codes, lockbox information, WiFi information, and cleaning fees
- Maintenance issues are tracked in one place so nothing gets missed.
- Photos and video links stay attached to the correct property and maintenance issue.
- You no longer need to send videos or maintenance information separately by text message.
- Reimbursements can be submitted directly through the form.
- Guest ratings and propane status are tracked automatically.
- It allows us to keep a complete history of turnovers and maintenance for every property.
- You will have wifi info, and be able to submit on site.
The goal is to reduce the number of text messages and phone calls while making sure we have all the information we need to take care of our owners and guests quickly.
Please submit the Turnover Form after each cleaning. It only takes a few minutes and helps us stay organized as we continue to grow.

To upload links. (and to clarify, this is a link, not the whole video, so should load faster, and wifi credentials are on the platform)
- Open the Google Photos app. You may need to download it. (Short term pain, long term gain)
- Select the video or photos you want to share.
- Tap Share.
- Tap Create link.
- Tap Copy link if it is not copied automatically.
- Return to the Cleaner Portal and paste the link into the correct Video or Image Link field.
