  • Spot clean cabinet fronts
  • Clean and disinfect sinks, microwaves, oven, stove
  • Empty trash
  • Leave roll of Paper towels
 
 

Bedrooms

  • Dust blinds, window sills Check Under Beds
  • Vacuum carpets Vacuum and damp mop floors
  • Clean windows
  • Empty trash if necessary
  • Strip beds and replace with clean linens,
  • Make beds

Bathrooms

  • Shine fixtures
  • Clean showers/bath/toilets
  • Empty and clean trash cans
  • Leave 1 or 2 rolls of toilet paper

Linens

1 set of towels/wash cloth for number of guests house can sleep. At least one Hand towel per bathroom.

Outside

  • Wipe down chairs/tables
  • Check dock for damage/trash
  • Check outside for trash
  • Check Grill for cleanliness and spare Propane tank

Replenish

  • Toilet paper (two rolls per bathroom) Paper Towels (one per kitchen) Dish Soap (one per kitchen)
  • Dish Sponge (one per kitchen)
  • Dish brush (one per kitchen)
  • Laundry soap (full or near full)
  • Dishwasher soap (plenty)
  • Trash bags (plenty) Propane (at least one full one)
  • AA and AAA Batteries in kitchen drawer.

Recommend: Do a final walk through of property after fully clean.
