What do we do, and what do we charge? We do a complete evaluation of your listing, looking at imagery, pricing, set up, calendar, verbiage, amenities, etc. We set up in Dynamic Pricing, and Rank Tracking. We make all the changes and update regularly. We charge 15% of the nightly rate. Is it successful? In a word. YES. We are able to greatly impact your revenue. Having managed over 8,000 reservations, and multiple properties we are well positioned to make an impact. In addition, if we look at your listings and determine we cannot be helpful, we will not take on your listing.
