- Shared Google Doc with all information on the house
- Dynamic Pricing
- Sync Calendars
- Set up guest messaging
- Set up Rank Tracking
I would then be added as a Co-Host to your account. (You maintain the account). I would bill you after each rental for services and receive payment via Zelle or Venmo or whatever payment works best for you.
