Does your neighborhood allow STR (Short Term Rentals)
You would need insurance to cover a short term rental.
Raleigh does require a permit to do STR

Advantages of Short Term Rental
1. Your home will stay in immaculate condition. (It is cleaned after every guest, and rated)
2. More immediate income and usually higher income.
3. Control over rental periods
