Household Rules and Rental Agreement
You are responsible for making sure that everyone in your group reads, understands, and follows these household rules.
Rental is limited to adults of twenty-five (25) years of age or older. The reservation holder is welcome to include other guests under the age of 25, with the understanding that he/she is obligated for any damages caused by the guests under the age of 25. Violation of this provision constitutes a rental under False Pretenses and is in violation of the rental agreement. Guests will be asked to vacate premises immediately without refund.
Please be respectful of our neighbors. No loud music or yelling, no disrespectful behavior. We have a great friendship with our neighbors that we would like to maintain, and we have promised them that our rental guests will not disturb them.

Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the home at any time. If you choose to smoke outside, please dispose of cigarettes responsibly and do not throw butts on the ground.

Pool is open through October 31.
Parking must be under the house on the concrete. There is space for only 2 cars. Do not park on the gravel, or the vehicle may be towed.
A service fee of $25.00, in addition to shipping charges, will be applied for the return of items left at the property.
Direct Book Safely and save many of the excess fees.
Yes, there is free parking for up to two vehicles. Vehicles must stay on the concrete under cover.
